• Obstetrics & Gynecology: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 8am – noon & 1pm – 5pm; Tuesday & Thursday: 8am – noon & 1pm – 6pm
• Functional Medicine: Monday & Friday: 1pm – 5pm; Tuesday & Thursday: 8am – noon ; Wednesday 8am – noon & 1pm – 5pm
• Pediatrics: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm

Eligibility Requirements: Wellness Pointe accepts all patients. Grants and sliding fee discounts are based on income and family size.
