Eligibility Criteria for Magnolia City Detox
Adults Only The program is available exclusively to adult patients aged 18 and older.
Diagnosed Substance Use Disorder Applicants must meet medical criteria for detox from drugs or alcohol—including prescription medications, opioids, benzodiazepines, alcohol, cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and similar substances.
Clear Need for Detox Potential clients should have identifiable withdrawal symptoms (or clinical evidence of dependency) that require medical supervision and/or medication-assisted detox.
Medical Assessment Acceptance Entry requires completion of a confidential medical evaluation to assess health status, substance use history, and possible co-occurring mental health conditions.
Insurance or Self-Pay Coverage Magnolia City Detox works with most commercial insurances and also offers financing, sliding scale fees, and occasional scholarships.
24/7 Inpatient or Outpatient Suitability The facility provides both inpatient (24/7 monitoring) and outpatient detox options. Individuals should be capable of participating in the chosen level of care.
Informed Consent for Medications Since medication‑assisted treatment is part of their protocol (e.g., lorazepam, methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, risperidone, etc.), consent to medically supervised medication use is required.
