- Obstetrics/Gynecology (Located in Bldg #1) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm ; Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Pediatrics (Located in Bldg #1) Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 5:00pm
- Behavioral Health (Located in Bldg #2) Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Dental (Located in Bldg #2) Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 5:00pm
- Family Medicine (Located in Bldg #3) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm ; Thursday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
- Optometry (Located in Bldg #1) Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm ; Tuesday: 7:00am – 6:00pm ; Thursday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
Eligibility Requirements: Wellness Pointe accepts all patients. Grants and sliding fee discounts are based on income and family size.
