I am originally from Zacatecas, Mexico, and have been residing in Longview, Texas, since 2004. I am a mother of two wonderful boys and a beautiful girl who inspires me to always give my best. I graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a bachelor's degree in psychology and earned my master's degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology from the same institution.

Currently, I have the privilege of serving my clients in my private practice, VIVE, as a mental health coach. Additionally, I collaborate with the 318 Latino podcast, promoting psychoeducation segments to raise awareness and educate our community on mental health. I also volunteer with Operation True North, a non-profit organization that provides mental health services to veterans and their families.

For over four years, I worked administering psychological tests at a psychological assessment and counseling clinic. With my experience in the field, I understand the impact of the lack of mental health providers in our Latino community. This need has fueled my passion for serving a less privileged part of our population, who face many stressors as individuals, couples, or parents. I believe mental health is a necessity, not a privilege. I am committed to working and offering my services to give back to our community some of the many blessings I have received.
