The Tyler Care Clinic is a clinic that operates under Special Health Resources. Special Health Resources is a nonprofit organization (501c3). We are a comprehensive healthcare system in East Texas, providing affordable care for the whole family. The Tyler Care Clinic serves the communities in and near Tyler, TX by providing exceptional primary care services to men, women, and pediatric care for children. We also offer adult & pediatric dental services as well as behavioral health services.

  • Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. / Friday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Needing care on the weekend? Tyler Care Clinic - Troup Hwy is now open every other Saturday! We are offering Adult Primary Care services only on the weekend for patients ages 18 and older.

  • Adult Primary Care We offer individualized primary care services to both men and women in every season of life, including male and female specific examinations, general primary care, and simple as well as surgical procedures.
  • Pediatric Primary Care From well visits to immunizations to specific health concerns, we are committed to giving your child the special attention he or she deserves. Our pediatricians are knowledgeable, personable, and available to answer any questions or concerns you have.
  • Behavioral Health Care If you or someone you love struggle with a mental or behavioral health disorder, there is hope. The Tyler Care Clinic is here to help individuals with behavioral health issue thrive and find a renewed quality of life.
  • Dental Care for Adults & Children We specialize in full-service dental care for people of all ages, providing gentle toddler cleanings, bridges, and more. Our team does it all.
