Eligibility Requirements: Northeast Texas Family Health accepts all patients. Grants and sliding fee discounts are based on income and family size.
Hours of Operation: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8am – noon & 1pm – 5pm Thursday: 10am – noon and 1pm – 7pm

Services offered in: English & Spanish. On-site translation for Spanish is available. All other languages, including American Sign Language, are available through televideo translation services.
