Mission:

The mission of the Longview High School Choir is to inspire, educate, and empower our students through the transformative power of music. We strive to cultivate a community of passionate singers who excel in artistic expression, vocal technique, and musicality. Through rigorous training, collaborative performances, and diverse repertoire, we aim to foster a love for choral music and develop lifelong skills that extend beyond the walls of our rehearsal space.

We are committed to nurturing an inclusive and supportive environment where each student feels valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential. We believe that music has the power to transcend boundaries, celebrate diversity, and unite individuals from different backgrounds. By embracing the unique voices and talents of each member, we strive to create harmonious unity that resonates with our audience and leaves a lasting impact.

With a dedication to excellence, discipline, and teamwork, we aim to achieve artistic growth and musical excellence at the highest level. We encourage our students to challenge themselves, explore new horizons, and take risks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth. Through our performances, competitions, and community engagements, we aim to enrich the lives of others, inspire creativity, and bring joy to our audiences.
