Open Door Pregnancy Center is a 501c3 non-profit in Texas. Open Door Pregnancy Center provides pregnancy medical services, referrals, and education to women and families experiencing an unexpected pregnancy or in need of additional support. We believe women have the right to get information from a resource that will not profit from their choice. All our services are confidential and available at no cost to you.

We have 2 locations that offer the same resources and services: Gilmer and Pittsburg, Texas.

• Gilmer Location: 1561 US Hwy 271 N, Gilmer, TX, 75644, 903-797-0774 Hours: Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm
• Pittsburg Location: 117 S Greer Blvd, Pittsburg, TX, 75686, 903-946-9910 Hours: Monday & Wednesday 9:00am - 2:30pm

We do not have any bilingual staff. Our Spanish-speaking friends usually bring someone with them to help translate. We do have educational materials in Spanish.
