• Family Medicine: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8am – noon & 1pm – 5pm ; Thursday: 10am – noon and 1pm – 7pm
• Behavioral Health Counseling: Friday: 8am – noon & 1pm – 5pm
• Dental: Tuesday: 8am – noon & 1pm – 5pm

Eligibility Requirements: This location is focused on Pine Tree High students, staff, and families but Wellness Pointe accepts all patients. Grants and sliding fee discounts are based on income and family size.
