Family Immigration Services, Notary service, and ITIN filing

I am a Baptist minister and retired as Director of Soda Lake Baptist Association five years ago. I became interested in helping people with immigration issues about 15 years ago. I found out that the Department of Justice had a program for individuals associated with non-profit organizations to be certified to practice immigration law. These individuals are called Accredited Representatives. I completed that training and have been serving clients for ten years.

Services Provided:

• Family immigration services
• Assist individuals obtain legal resident status (green card), citizenship, and renewals for temporary employment authorization, such as DACA.
• Certified Acceptance Agent with the IRS to file for Individual Tax Identification Numbers (ITIN).
• Connection to Notary Services, document translations, and more!

Pricing: Government filing fees are set by the agencies. I charge to cover basic expenses of my operation and they vary by the type of work needed by the client. As the term "non profit" suggests, the fees are minimal. There is no charge for a first consultation.
